Teaching Sessions
Online teaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the website.
The duration and frequency of online sessions are determined in collaboration between the student and the instructor.
Online sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the charge will be applied according to the cancellation policy.
Payments
Payment for online sessions must be made in advance through a secure payment system.
Prices vary depending on the subject and the instructor's level of experience.
Payment can be made via bank transfer (additional bank charges may apply).
Payments are non-refundable.
Code of Ethics
The student agrees to behave respectfully and professionally during the sessions.
The use of the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.
Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of any material provided by the instructor without their consent is prohibited.
Deposit and Payment Policy
To secure your spot in the online courses, a deposit is required before the program/lesson begins.
The deposit ensures the reservation of the time slot and preparation of educational material.
Deposit Terms | Cancellation and Refund Policy
The deposit is a percentage of the total cost of the lesson package.
No refunds are provided for paid sessions.
However, it is possible to change the time or day of the session, provided it is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If a cancellation or change is made within less than 48 hours, the session will be charged as scheduled and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by the Student: If the student cancels after the lessons have started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Instructor: If the instructor is unable to attend a scheduled session, the lesson will be rescheduled in coordination with the student, with no additional charge.
Payment Methods Payments can be made via:
- Direct deposits to accounts at Piraeus Bank, ALPHA Bank, or EUROBANK (Greece)
- IRIS (Greece)
- PayPal (Outside of Greece) - students will be responsible for any additional fees
- Payoneer (Outside of Greece) - students will be responsible for any additional fees
- Wise (Outside of Greece) - students will be responsible for any additional fees
English Lessons Agreement with Christina Holt
I agree to pay in advance the amount for the lessons every 16th of the month or before the holidays, from the confirmation of the booking.
I agree that I will receive an invoice/receipt at the beginning of the month (1-10), so the payment will be made every 16th of the month or before the holidays.
I disagree and will not start lessons with Christina Holt. I have been informed about the online English lessons with the instructor Christina Holt.
